Experiments with eggs will blow your mind! Let’s start from growing and shrinking eggs experiment. It’s a very simple experiment. Take a glass and pour vinegar in it and put an egg inside and leave for one day. The egg has become bigger and translucent. Take this egg and place in a glass full of maple syrup and wait for 1 day. The egg will shrink. After that place the same egg in a glass with water, also you can add some dye. And again, wait for a day. The result will amaze you! You can easily check if eggs are fresh, place eggs in water. Old eggs will be on the top of the water.
The next recipe is a bouncy egg. Take a glass if vinegar and place a marker core piece inside. Carefully place an egg into a glass. Leave the egg in the glass for 1 day. When the egg has started to become translucent, take it out of the glass. Your bouncy egg is ready. Check if it’s jumping.
Magnets are very useful things you can use around the home and also perfect subjects for simple science experiments. Besides, kids love magnet experiments as they are super simple and really fun!
Ferrofluid looks like real magic, but it’s rather simple science experiment with two ingredients. You will need oil and printer ink. In a bowl, mix printer ink with a small amount of vegetable oil and stir. Take a magnet and hold it close to the liquid and watch how the liquid is attracted to it.
