Farm-produced contains a lot of antibiotics that are aimed to counteract parasites. Moreover, it is usually painted pink. Yes, it contains Omega-6 that help protect our hearts and brains, but it could be dangerous if eaten in excess.
If you prefer to eat healthy food, you shouldn’t include sushi in your menu and health benefits are too low and it could be even dangerous to ear sushi. The main reason why it’s dangerous if you don’t know how fresh is the fish. Moreover, rice might contain chemicals.
Fat-free products are really good if you try to lose weight. Yes, there is no fat, but they contain sugar, cornstarch, salt, and flour.
